When making an online reservation, you will end up on our payment page as the last step. There you can pay the entire amount via iDeal, with Credit Card, Bancontact/Mister Cash and Sofort.

Yes that is possible. However, drafting an invoice with specific company information and - in some cases - submitting them via special portals takes time. Therefore we charge a small administration fee of €14.50.

Anyone who makes a reservation for an escape room via our website will immediately receive an invoice by email. When booking, you can indicate that you are a business customer (as opposed to a private individual) and you will have the option to enter certain company details.

The minimum and maximum number of participants per game depends on the room you've booked:

• For Enigma, the minimum amount of participants is 4 and the maximum is 8.
• For the Book of Mystery, the minimum amount of participants is 2 and the maximum is 5.
• For Mentis Capti B.V., the minimum amount of participants is 3 and the maximum is 6.

Bringing more or less people than you reserved for? No problem! You also don't have to report this change to us as long as the number of participants stays between the minimum and maximum number of players for the reserved escape room.

Children under the age of 13 can participate if accompanied by at least one adult participant. Participants above the age of 13 can play the game without supervision.

Important: For Mentis Capti B.V. the minimum age is 16. 

Due to certain sound and smoke effects, our escape rooms are not suitable for the littlest ones. Do you want to bring a child that's very brave, isn't frightened easily, but is younger than 13 years old? And do you doubt whether he/she can come along? Then call us in advance to ask questions and so that we can explain a few things.

NB. Pets aren't allowed, assistance dogs are. Call us if you have questions about this.

The time on your confirmation e-mail is the actual starting time of the game. Prior to the game, a brief explanation of the game is given to the participants. Therefore, we kindly ask you to be present at our location 15 minutes before the starting time.

With a CSA-EUR pass you are eligible for a discount on the per person price of the escape room. This discount will be settled on location after presenting us with the discount card. We will then settle the amount and transfer it back to your bank account. You can therefore make and complete a reservation in the usual way via our website.

Please note: The passes must be scanned, so don't forget to bring them with you! 

For this upcoming year of the Rotterdampass (March 1st 2024 - February 28th 2025) Escape010 does not offer any discounts.

Yes, that's possible. When making a reservation through our website there is a possibility to add extra information in our comment-section. Here you can enter any information that must be stated on the invoice.
